Meeting Agendas
The Town of Minden holds monthly Board Meetings the first Wednesday of every month. The meetings begin at 5:30 with staff reports and public comment, followed by the administrative items to be acted upon. The meetings are open to the public, and comments are encouraged. On occasion the Board will hold a special meeting for urgent matters. Any time there is a quorum of three or more Board Members, the agenda will be published at least three business days prior to the meeting. To receive the agendas by mail or email, contact us. The agendas are also posted at the Minden Post Office, the Town Bulletin Board in front of the CVIC Hall, and the Douglas County Administrative Building.
