December 2, 2020 Zoom Board Meeting

Comments will be accepted through in person, zoom participation or via email. Emailed comments must be submitted by 4:00 pm on December 2, 2020 to be read into the record. Please email rhamer@douglasnv.us. Discussion may be limited to three minutes per person at the discretion of the Chair.  In making Public Comment, speakers are asked to use the hand raise function and to identify themselves for the record. Speakers are asked to refrain from speaking over each other if participating by zoom. Speakers are further asked to limit their comments to no more than three (3) minutes, whether in writing or oral.
